Delivery in Yerevan

The orders are accepted within 1 day from 10: 00 to 20: 00 in Yerevan.

If the price of the watch does not exceed  AMD 15,000, the order in Yerevan is delivered for an additional fee (AMD 1000-1500).

 

Delivery in the regions

Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days in regions.

The delivery service is not available in the regions on Sundays and Mondays. If the order was placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be delivered on Monday.

Delivery in the regions is free of charge.

 

Delivery to the USA / Europe / Russia

Orders to  the US / Europe / Russia are accepted within 2-3 weeks.

The price of  the delivery of the watch is $20, the price of the delivery of the second  watch to the same address with the same order is free.

 

Payment

Payments are made

• Cash to the courier upon delivery (only when the orders is  worth up to  AMD 20,000)

• Online with ARCA, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express payment cards

• Gift cards (coming soon)

 

Can I return or replace the watch I ordered?

You can replace or return the watch to the store if you have saved the coupon code and have not used the watch within 14 days from the date of purchase. If the product appearance is modified watch back no refund or replacement is possible.

 

And, if we don't like the delivered order, what should we do?

When paying in cash, you pay only the delivery amount AMD 1000.

In case of non-cash payment, your amount will be refunded, withholding the delivery fee of AMD 500 and the bank's commission, regardless of the amount of the orders.
